Return Policy

At Decór Diary, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering our products. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags, packaging, and accessories

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, custom-made, or personalized items.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@decordiary.in or call 08075537711

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and images of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.


3. Refunds

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • If you paid via COD, you’ll be asked to share bank details for the refund transfer


4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping charges


5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, design, or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products returned without original packaging or that show signs of use
